In this exiting role as Senior IT Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible to partner with IT, senior leadership and other stakeholders to develop and execute on the IT strategy. Since we are a fairly new organization, we are currently working towards a more strategic position, acting as trusted advisors and together with our business lead and drive sourcing cases. Your role

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Sourcing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have a vital position within our IT organization, interacting with a wide array of stakeholders across the business. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with both our IT function and various business units, both within Sweden and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Sourcing Initiatives: Drive and manage sourcing projects, ensuring that all contracts align with our business objectives and needs.
• Contract & Supplier Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of contracts and suppliers, working closely with software asset management to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Strategic Development: Support the development and implementation of long-term strategic sourcing approaches.
• Category Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with IT and procurement teams to define, implement, and monitor category strategies.
• Contract Creation & Compliance: Negotiate, create, and implement contracts. Ensure adherence to contracts, manage contract maintenance, and support overall compliance.

Although this role doesn’t come with people management responsibilites, it does come with a leadership responsability.

The location for this position is in Sandviken or Stockholm, Sweden, however it comes with flexible work arrangements, balancing office and home-based work.

Your Profile

For this role we believe you have a degree in finance, IT or similar together with a few years of experience working within IT Procurement combined with an interest in IT. It´s also possible you work in an IT function today and have a few years’ experience from working with projects where you had close collaborations with sourcing or procurement.

With Alleima being a global organization, you might have stakeholders in multiple countries, it is important that you are good communicator and that you feel comfortable communicating in English on a daily basis. If you speak and write Swedish this will be considered a strong advantage.
