What You Will Do:

• Develop and maintain Java applications with a focus on scalability, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement new features and services.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Support the design and deployment of microservices architectures using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Java applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Ensure adherence to software development best practices and contribute to internal and external documentation.
• Share your knowledge and help the team evolve best practices
• Work in small autonomous teams with short release cycles.

Who You Are:

• Proficient in Java (latest version) and Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of databases, including relational databases like PostgreSQL and NoSQL technologies.
• Skilled in developing high-quality, well-documented, and testable code.
• Effective team player with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication.

Awesome to Have:

• Previous experience in Agile development environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and experience with cloud platforms like AWS.
