Software Engineer
Job description
As our Software Engineer you will be working as part of a team to develop, maintain and implement a variety of integrations based on customer needs and expectations. You will be a key person in improving our way of working with integrations within the LIMS domain (Laboratory Information Management Systems) and you will also work in close collaboration with our operation- and development organization. Our Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) business area provides comprehensive support for all aspects of blood, cell and tissue management, with 180 blood centers across 5 countries utilizing the platform.
Responsibilities
As our Software Engineer you will:
- Participate in analysis, design, developing, testing and documentation of complex data conversion and integration solutions.
- Provide support and maintenance on existing integrations.
- Conduct high-level root-cause analysis for service interruption and establish preventive measures.
- Engage with customers to understand their requirements and address inquiries.
Qualifications
We believe this is your background
- Minimum a couple of years’ experiences as a software engineer or integration specialist
- Proficiency in software development with a focus on JavaScript or Java
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and in one of the Scandinavian languages (Swedish, Danish or Norwegian)
- Experience working in Widows and/or Linux environments
- Experience from working with relevant integration engines meriting is knowledge within Mirth Connect
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
- Flexible and able to handle none planned tasks.
- Familiar with customer-facing and internal communication.
