Your role and responsibilities

We are seeking a Business Co-ordinator and Operations to join our dynamic team at FeMetCo.

In this pivotal role, you will play a critical part in enhancing our suppliers in China.

Collaborate closely with Suppliers Operation teams, Regional Distribution Centre team, and Factories to ensure timely deliveries and address any concerns.

Review and adapt all demand, order patterns, and minimum/maximum order quantities.

Leverage logistics expertise to set up and adapt order flows/systems in collaboration with suppliers and customers.

Foster strong relationships with our suppliers to build trust and drive necessary changes.

Qualifications for the role

Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.

English speaking, Mandarin and Cantonese speaking is a plus.
