We are now hiring a new Global Digital Marketing Specialist to join our business area Operating Room Solutions. This position is based in Gothenburg, Sweden with up to 25 % travel, primarily within Europe. The expected start date is September 1st 2025.
The Global Digital Marketing Specialist will be part of the global marketing community. In this role, you will collaborate with the Global Marketing Communication & Brand Manager ORS to develop the digital strategy and lead the activation of tactical plans alongside the marketing team. You will support the global marketing team in driving growth for the OR Solutions portfolio by creating marketing materials and globalizing locally produced content. A key aspect of your role will be working closely with local markets to enhance their digital communication efforts and develop their digital marketing capabilities.
Your role and key accountabilities
Digital marketing
- Execution of digital marketing tactics supporting the ORS business objectives and marketing strategy.
- Develop, launch, manage and continuously improve social media campaigns to support product launches and value stories, enhancing customer awareness and lead generation.
- Create, manage and roll out marketing automation activities.
- Continuously create and implement web content to keep the website dynamic and drive customer traffic.
- Track analytics and produce reports on campaign performance across communications, website, and social media channels.
- Lead the creation, editing and management of content across all digital platforms, including social media, Mölnlycke website and campaign sites.
- Share best practice locally and globally; identifying relevant objectives, KPI’s and ROI goals for digital transformation.
- Provide digital expertise by staying up to date with communication and digital trends.
- Maintain a strategic understanding of the digital customer journey, including experience with mapping and working with the whole customer journey.
Marketing material
- Support Global Marketing Managers in developing marketing material, such as product sheets and customer presentations, focusing on graphical design and layout.
- Collect, coordinate and globalize marketing material from local markets as needed.
- Share knowledge and information about marketing material across ORS marketing organization.

What you’ll need
Core capabilities
- Proven experience in digital marketing and driving digital transformation
- Knowledge of relevant digital and social media channels
- Experienced in using graphic design tools like Adobe, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Experience creating marketing material
- Ability to set direction and work independently
- Strong relationship-building skills with a clear, pedagogical communication style
- Self-starter with excellent organizational and communication abilities
- High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in text and visuals
- Competent with Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Qualifications & Expertise
- Technical expertise in web platforms (Optimizely, Epi 12), SEM/SEO, social media, Canva and follow-up platforms.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in media and communications
- Relevant marketing degree from University or Business School
- Performance driven and result oriented
- Fluency in English, written and spoken
