Role Purpose
Lead and scale a global Talent Acquisition function that enables business growth through fast, high-quality, and data-driven hiring.
Oversee Tech and Ops & Comms recruitment, Employer Branding & DEI, and Workforce Planning & TA Operations, building a cohesive, high-performing, and innovative TA organization that connects talent strategy with business impact.Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership & Business Partnership
- Own the global TA strategy — ensuring speed, quality, and scalability across all business areas and geographies.
- Partner with C-level and HR leadership to translate business growth plans into actionable, data-driven talent strategies.
- Build an integrated a global TA organization combining recruitment, employer branding, and workforce planning into one unified engine for business growth.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, influencing workforce and talent-related decisions with market insights and data.
2. Workforce Planning & Data-Driven Execution
- Lead the company’s workforce planning process — aligning TA, HR, Finance and other important stakeholders around transparent, forward-looking headcount forecasting.
- Ensure hiring plans and financial projections are synchronized and proactively managed.
- Build a strong foundation of reporting, metrics, and dashboards that enable strategic decisions on capacity, performance, and investment.
3. Operational Excellence & Scalability
- Design efficient, repeatable, and scalable recruitment processes that ensure consistent quality across all teams and markets.
- Balance recruiter workload through smart capacity modeling, clear ownership, and effective use of sourcing and automation.
- Implement flexible hiring delivery models (internal, RPO, agency, consultancy partners) to meet evolving demand.
- Drive continuous improvement through automation, AI, data analysis, feedback, and technology adoption.
- Ensure flexible, efficient external support aligned with workforce planning cycles.
4. Employer Branding & DEI Strategy
- Develop and own the global Employer Branding and DEI strategy, ensuring alignment with EVP, workforce needs, and business priorities.
- Lead the team in creating targeted, data-driven attraction strategies and strengthening our presence in key markets through authentic global and local storytelling.
- Embed DEI principles into hiring processes, content, and leadership communication, ensuring they shape how we attract and represent talent.
- Partner with Internal Communications and HR to maintain a consistent, cohesive employer narrative across all channels.
5. Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and develop TA Managers, Leads, and Specialists — fostering collaboration, accountability, and a high-performance, execution-driven culture that consistently delivers on commitments.
- Build leadership depth and succession pipelines within the TA function.
- Create an environment of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning across the team.
- Champion a culture of transparency, inclusion, and shared success.
