Deputy Construction Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the PMC Construction Team to ensure contractors deliver work on time and in full compliance with requirements.
• Oversee all aspects of construction execution, including quality, schedule, cost control, risk management, and safety performance.
• Collaborate closely with the client and logistics teams to plan and manage equipment erection and installation activities.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with the client and contractors, proactively addressing issues to keep the project on track.
• Ensure full compliance with legal, contractual, and technical specifications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage technical documentation and provide clear reporting on progress, risks, and mitigation actions.
• Support planning, scheduling, and implementation of corrective measures when needed.
• Lead project and contract review meetings, ensuring assigned actions are tracked and completed.
