Senior Business Developer

Role Overview: Become part of our commercial function in Stockholm. You will play a pivotal role in acquiring new customers and accelerating our presence across multiple markets. We’re seeking someone who thrives in a startup environment, is deeply embedded in the fintech, regtech, or SaaS industries, and can successfully drive business development while securing customer deals for our evolving product.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in selling, establishing new customer relationships, and securing annual and multi-year agreements with B2B customers.
- Proven ability to manage multiple, complex customer opportunities from initial contact to established long-term customer relationships.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple customer and team stakeholders across departments, including senior executives and C-suite members.
- Strong understanding of the fintech ecosystem and products, with the technical knowledge to advise on product adoption.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with expertise in identifying the most effective communication channels to accelerate deals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven success in selling to regulated businesses, including fintech, lending, payments, and banks, preferably within the SME segment.
- Strong existing relationships with key stakeholders in operations, compliance, legal, and C-suite roles across regulated businesses in the financial services
