Customer Success Manager (Nordics and DACH)

We are looking for a customer-centric Customer Success Manager who loves to create "ah-hah!" moments to join our growing Customer Success team. You'll play a pivotal role in helping customers to achieve their desired outcome with Proposales as easily and smoothly as possible.

Your mission:
- You'll take co-ownership over a portfolio of customers, acting as an expert point of contact for all things product
- You'll work this portfolio of customers - using technology alongside face-to-face meetings, to deliver the best possible experience to our most important customers
- You’ll help build and execute a digital-led customer success strategy based on high-quality relationships, efficiency, data-driven discussions, innovation and business acumen.
A bit about the role:
- Organize and coordinate onboarding for new clients
- Co-ownership over a portfolio of customers together with the Sales Manager
- Monitor overall customer experience and customer health metrics
- Generate expansion and upsell revenue within the customer portfolio of properties. Cross-selling, up-selling and churn management,
- Maintain broad and in-depth knowledge of the product, product features and upcoming product developments. Assist with testing and collecting feedback so our Product team can continue building the platform.
- Help build the Customer Success playbooks and engagement strategies.
- Support our Marketing team to build customer testimonials, nurture product ambassadors, and engage in the Proposales community.

- Working proficiency and communication skills in both verbal and written English, Swedish and German
- Previous experience from SaaS and startup companies
