Assembly Technician
What We Are Looking For
At Koenigsegg, we offer a unique opportunity: a regular job that is anything but ordinary. We are seeking both those at the beginning of their careers eagerly searching for their first job, and those with solid experience accustomed to solving complex challenges, passionate about finding solutions to seemingly impossible tasks.
With us, you can work on many different things! Within our factory, workshop, and prototype department, the opportunities are plentiful. You could work on everything from sewing interiors for the cars, assembling panels, as a cable harness assembler, in component manufacturing, as a prototype technician, or within departments such as:
- Engine and gearbox
- Pre-delivery testing
- Composites
- Assembly lines
We are convinced that the best candidate comes in many forms, as we need to fulfill a wide range of needs. A genuine interest in technology, a sense of quality, and strong commitment will take you far. If you also have experience tinkering in your free time or professionally, you definitely have an advantage. We are looking for someone who has:
- Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
- Experience in any of the above areas, and/or a genuine interest in technology
- Ability to follow instructions thoroughly
- Sense of quality
- Strong commitment
What We Offer
Here, you have the chance to develop into a skilled specialist, a versatile generalist, or eventually take steps towards a leadership role as a team leader or manager. Our work environment is designed to give you the best possible conditions to do a great job, with helpful colleagues, competent managers, and state-of-the-art facilities.
When you start with us, you will receive a thorough introduction, and you will have the opportunity to learn what you do not already know. If you are curious and have a strong will, there are no limits to how much you can learn with us.
Your salary is set according to a negotiated pay model with the union, and your starting salary is based on your competence in the area of work you will be doing. Your performance and development will be continuously evaluated.
Team Koenigsegg – The Ghost Squadron
At Koenigsegg, you will have the opportunity to work with colleagues who are the best in the world in their fields. But we are also just a (now large) group of people who go to work every day, share laughter and challenges with each other, and support each other when things don't go as planned. We are many, but we need more as our production increases.
There is room here for both those who feel extraordinary in their field and those who may see themselves as just like anyone else (and wonder why they would fit in). What we all have in common, and what we also seek in our future colleagues, is our commitment and passion to make Koenigsegg a little better today than it was yesterday – in big and small ways.
