Mechanical Engineer

We now need to strengthen our Systems Integrations team with a Mechanical Design Engineer.

As we work project based, the activities will range from conceptual design and layout of system down to manufacturing drawings of customized fasteners. We are looking for someone with a good design capability in 3D CAD and understanding of various types manufacturing processes and their pros and cons.

Responsibilities:

• Mechanical resource for design of project specific system, where internal and customer specifications are met in different applications: Power industry, aviation or marine sector.

• Mechanical design of structural components and enclosure for the development of a safe and compliant fuel cell system product. Design will result in various types of drawings that should be fully specified and used relevant GD&T for chosen material and manufacturing process.

• Technical sales support and concept development.

Preferred background:

• BC in mechanical, industrial, design technology or equivalent.

• Extensive experience 3D CAD from at least one of the following fields: Sheet metal design, design for assembly, routing of piping and cable.

• Fluent Swedish and/or English spoken and written.

Beneficial experience:

• 2-5 years relevant work experience.
• Catia V5/3DX.
• Structural calculation.
• Fuel cell technology.
