What your team doesYour Marketing team consists of three employees a marketing manager overseeing the overall strategy, events and activities, one graphic designer and a growth marketer. The team drives all of Qliro's marketing, both towards enterprise and SME Merchants. We are looking to grow the team with an additional 2-3 employees, something that you will do as the Head of Marketing.
What you will get to do- Lead the marketing team with recruitment, inspiration, training and coaching
- Develop a marketing strategy and action plan in close collaboration with key stakeholders in commercial, product and customer service functions to support Qliro's business objectives
- Design a highly scalable marketing functionto accommodate Qliro’s growth ambition
- Oversee all aspects of marketing operations ranging from brand management to demand generation, digital experiences and content planning
- Manage and report on essential marketing KPIs to monitor and steer the marketing strategy
- Manage costs and return on investments to secure cost-effective marketing activities
- Min. 7 years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Relevant education for the role, for example M.Sc/B.Sc within Marketing/Business
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
