Drive our Digital Future

As the Digital Transformation Engineering Manager, you will be at the forefront of our organization’s digital evolution. You will lead the development and integration of cutting-edge IT systems that will revolutionize our operations, enhance efficiency, and create new opportunities for growth. Your expertise will be instrumental in building scalable, intelligent systems that will power our digital journey and redefine how we work.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading Digital Transformation: Spearhead the development and implementation of digital solutions that align with our business strategy.
• Building High-Performance Teams: Assemble and lead a team of talented software engineers to deliver innovative digital solutions.
• Systems Architecture & Design: Design and architect robust, scalable IT systems that support our digital transformation initiatives.
• Agile Delivery: Drive agile development methodologies to ensure rapid delivery of digital solutions.

We are seeking a candidate with:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience and at least 3 years of leadership experience.
• Proven experience in designing and building scalable IT systems.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Salesforce and/or D365FO is a plus.
• A proven track record of delivering successful digital transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of emerging digital technologies and trends.
• A passion for innovation and a desire to challenge the status quo.
