We are looking for a DSP Key Account Manager to work in the Music department, reporting into the Director of Music Distribution. This is a full-time position based in our HQStockholm, Sweden.

Job Summary:

As Key Account Manager, DSP Partnerships, you will be responsible for meeting target KPIs on the accounts assigned to you, in order to generate sales and growth for our catalog. The accounts assigned to you represent our most valued business partners within the segment, and you will manage both strategy and relationships with the DSPs and make sure we have operational excellence within the team. You will pitch and promote our catalog to our key accounts and work closely with our team of APM:s and A&Rs with the aim of ensuring catalog efficiency and maximum impact of our releases via editorial playlisting opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with our DSP partners, ensuring that our catalog receives the attention it deserves by executing on playlisting opportunities

  • Through both direct interactions and the utilization of platform tools like Spotify for Artists, you'll pitch our releases effectively, maximizing revenue and visibility

  • Providing various assets, such as release descriptions, for new releases and pitches

  • Beyond managing existing partnerships, you'll actively seek out and cultivate new relationships with DSPs globally. This expansion will be instrumental in increasing our reach and driving growth

  • Report performance metrics for the accounts assigned in a timely fashion

  • Utilize data to take informedactions based on these insights to improve streams, visibility, and revenue of the catalog on DSPs

  • Act as a knowledgable source of information about the streaming landscape. Keep up to date with trends and best practices, and communicate these effectively internally

  • Contribute to team OKRs to ensure initiatives, processes, and programs are achieved

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of the music industry, and of a broad range of musical genres

  • 5+ years industry experience, and 2+ years working in a similar position

  • Proven track record of growing revenues through key account management

  • Extensive knowledge of the leading digital music platforms

  • Solid understanding of sales strategy and how it can be used to strengthen DSP results

  • You're comfortable and experienced in working with more complex analytical tasks to maximize results

  • Thorough experience with organizing your work, both through structuredadministration and creating ways to document and share accurate information.

  • You are great at identifying opportunities, on which you proactively act and capitalize
