Test Object Leader for global automotive company
For our client, we are seeking a highly motivated Test Object Leader to drive innovation and efficiency in their Research & Development (R&D) department
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the Test Object Leader, you will be pivotal in overseeing test object planning, utilization, and cost optimization, supporting the complete R&D team throughout each prototype phase. Your work will ensure successful execution of development projects, contributing to the client’s technological advancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Test Object Coordination: Manage test object activities across all prototype phases, from initial planning and instrumentation needs to follow-up and optimization.
- Optimize Workflows and Costs: Plan, prioritize, and seek synergies to optimize test object usage, improve workflow efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with test leaders, project managers, and other key stakeholders across the client's development teams.
- Develop the Project Validation Test Plan: Collaborate with project leaders to create and maintain the Validation Test Plan, ensuring smooth communication and coordination across departments.
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical, industrial, mechatronics, or a similar field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in project coordination, project management, test engineering, or equivalent.
- Great knowledge of O365 tools.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

ABOUT THE ASSIGNMENT:
This is a consulting assignment which means that you will initially be employed by Friday. The ambition is that the assignment will result in a permanent position at the client company.
