About the role

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about scaling up our systems. You'll leverage your experience with small and large-scale applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability. You'll play a key role in implementing advanced technologies and best practices while also enhancing our great culture as we shape our future together.
Your responsibility as a Fullstack Developer
- Play a key role alongside our tech lead in migrating from .NET Framework and WebForms to .NET and Vue.js, working closely with our design and R&D departments.
- Design and develop new features and applications with a strong focus on customer and user needs.
- Participate in code reviews and quality assurance, providing support to colleagues and fostering knowledge sharing within the team.
- Help plan and implement the new architecture, prioritizing both technical excellence and user experience.
- Contribute to creating an open and inclusive work environment where everyone feels valued and heard.
We think you have
- At least 7 years of experience working with .NET/.NET Framework and Node.js, with familiarity in Vue.js as a plus.
- A proven track record in leading or contributing to migration projects, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A commitment to code quality and a passion for continuous learning, both for yourself and in fostering growth among your colleagues.
We also think you have experience with
- Cloud solutions, particularly Google Cloud.
- Scalability to ensure our systems can grow efficiently.
- Security to protect our applications and data.
- Performance optimization to maintain high-quality user experiences.
- Infrastructure as Code for managing and provisioning computing resources.
