Team manager - Project orders, Gasketed Plate Heat Exchangers (GPHE).
About the job
As Team Manager Project Orders, GPHE you will be responsible for a team of Project Managers located in Lund. Your focus will be on leading your team with clear processes to continuously improve our customer projects to be delivered On Time, On Specification and on Budget.
Your main responsibility will be to secure and increase the competitiveness of GPHE Project orders by long term development of processes.
You will have full responsibility for the team results regarding Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost and you will have close collaboration with Business Units, Project Order Support, Design & other internal make & supply organizations.

You enjoy both the operational day-to-day challenges, as well as developing the business to meet changing needs. We trust you can implement ideas and potential into concrete, lasting improvements. What you know
You have a Bachelors/ master's degree within engineering or similar. You have a proven track record from previous leadership roles within the industry including experience in Project Order administration/support in manufacturing industry. We trust you have been exposed to global working environments and have good understanding in navigating in matrix organizations and cross-cultural environments while maintaining high integrity and a positive attitude.
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken is a must for this role.
