What you'll do as Customer Insight Project Manager
The Customer Insight Project Manager manages and executes core global research initiatives. You will lead global research projects to enhance Axis' understanding of customer and industry performance from both customer and industry perspectives, while also uncovering stakeholder needs, preferences and experience through targeted projects. You will need to be a strong advocate for working with an outside-in perspective. You will manage and execute global quantitative and qualitative research initiatives. This includes full responsibility for some of our global KPI surveys.

Your role involves:

* Project management: Initiate, scope, and manage customer insight projects from start to finish. This includes setting goals, developing timelines, executing tasks, and delivering findings
* Stakeholder engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders to define research needs, ensure project alignment with business objectives and creating insights project plans accordingly
* Research execution: Identify necessary research, implement methodologies, and analyze
* Insight communication: Present insights effectively to stakeholders and follow up on discussions
* Cross-functional collaboration: Work effectively across departments to integrate insights into strategic decisions and enhance customer satisfaction
* Training and support of our global network of survey champions

This role is based in Lund, Sweden, as part of the Market Intelligence team in Axis' Global Marketing organization. In this role, you will closely collaborate with our Customer Insight Manager.

Who are you?
We're seeking a collaborative individual with a deep passion for customer insights and market research and willing to leverage capabilities offered by technologies such as Generative AI. The ideal candidate is an autonomous team player with excellent end-to-end project management skills and combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. We believe you are a person who knows how to identify what research is needed to achieve the desired scope, how to set up the process, work hands-on with data, and collaborate cross-functionally to get there.

We'd love to hear that you have:

* Excellent project management skills
* Experience in executing a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research projects, ideally in B2B
* Knowledge of using research methodologies and tools, with the ability to judge what is the preferred way for any specific task
* The ability to combine strategic thinking with working hands-on
* A good business understanding and stakeholder management skills
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into actionable insights and concise reports
* Presentation and communication skills, including active listening and the ability to visualize and communicate findings in a clear, jargon-free form
* Experience working in an international and cross-functional environment
* A curious mind, i.e. the ability to ask questions and explore the unknown, finding solutions without all the answers in place
* Fluent in English (Swedish a plus)

A higher-level education in marketing, brand management, economics or behaviorial science is desirable.
