Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, focusing on conversion rates, user engagement, and lead generation for assigned brands.
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies tailored for B2B audiences to improve search visibility and organic traffic.
- Oversee paid search campaigns, ensuring they align with lead generation goals and effectively drive quality traffic to the sites.
- Collaborate with content managers to create and optimize website content that attracts and converts visitors.
- Liaise with the local marketing manager to align digital strategies with overall marketing objectives, always maintaining a lead generation mindset.
- Communicate and coordinate with external agencies for paid search campaigns, setting clear performance expectations and requirements to maximize inbound traffic.
- Identify and implement website changes to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates for visitors.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices specific to B2B to continuously improve website performance and lead generation efforts.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on website management and optimization for lead generation in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, paid search strategies, and tools relevant to B2B.
- Experience working with digital marketing agencies to drive successful paid search campaigns.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions that impact traffic and conversions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Working Relationship:
The Digital Marketing Manager will report to the Marketing Director in Sweden and work closely with content managers and the local marketing managers for each market within the HVD Group.
