Instrument Technician
We are looking for a dedicated Instrument Technician to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is part of our excellent team based in Skellefteå. By joining us, you will be a key player in building one of the first large-scale European battery factories.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Interface with quality department, Instrument technicians, and managers to ensure that instrument key points in the manufacturing process is meeting the quality requirements
- Execute and administrate the yearly calibration program
- Participate in writing and managing calibration/verification routines and standards together with quality department and Instrument engineer
- Evaluation of needed spare parts of the equipment
- Assist with organising and co-operate with external calibration companies
- Follow up on performance of reliability of the equipment
- Take proper and fast action when having failures and deviations affecting the production
- Assist in optimizing the maintenance for the equipment in terms of reliability, cost, and safety
Skills & Requirements
We believe that you have :
- Education in technical area such as mechanical, electrical, automation or similar
- 2+ years working experience in maintenance position
- Excellent English written and oral skills
- Elementary computer literacy (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Bonus points for:
- Good technical knowledge about instrumentation, automation and measuring standards
- Proven skills in working with continuous improvements in industrial environment
Full time employment, fixed salary.
