Maintenance Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Specialist to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is part of our excellent team based in Skellefteå. By joining us, you will be a key player in building one of the first large-scale European battery factories.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Development and standardization of processes
• Data Management for our PLM and ERP system
• Project management
• Analyzing of maintenance data
• Change Management
• Communication, support and Education

We believe that you have :

• We are looking for you with a technical education at university level, preferably supplemented with experience of business development. MSc or MBA/Relevant University Degree
• 5+ years working experience within maintenance
• Excellent English written and oral skills

Bonus points for:

• Experience and interest in manufacturing industry
• Experience from start up company
• Fluency in other languages (Swedish)
• Experience from a multi-cultural environment

Full time employment, fixed salary.
