Electrical, Instrumentation & Control Supervisor
We are looking for a dedicated Electrical, Instrumentation & Control Supervisor to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is part of our excellent team based in Skellefteå. By joining us, you will be a key player in building one of the first large-scale European battery factories.
Job Scope:
As the Electrical, Instrumentation & Control Supervisor, you will play a key role in Revolt’s maintenance team, overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facilities and utilities in Skellefteå. Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, you will lead a team of technicians, ensuring all systems and equipment function properly while ensuring the facility is safe for all employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect facilities periodically to identify problems and necessary maintenance.
- Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work to your team.
- Recruit and train electrical and automation technicians.
- Oversee and maintain building systems and process machinery.
- Contribute to the maintenance budget and ensure compliance within the electrical, instrumentation, and control areas.
- Optimize the maintenance program and oversee repairs to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain inventory and equipment, ensuring proper storage.
- Establish strategies to meet workload demands on time.
- Play a key role in developing and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in the electrical field.
- Proven experience in team leadership or management.
- High technical knowledge in electrical, instrumentation, and automation.
- Good written and oral English skills.
Specific Skills:
- Excellent technical knowledge of automation and electrical systems, including PLC and SCADA.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle high pressure and tight deadlines with excellent time management.
- A proactive approach with a can-do attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with continuous improvement in an industrial environment.
- Proficiency in MS applications, with knowledge of Power Platform as a plus.

Full-time employment, fixed salary.
