Servicedesk are looking for a Servicedesk Agent to join us!
Are you passionate about providing exceptional service to customers? Join our team at Servicedesk as a Servicedesk Agent! As the first point of contact between Foxway and our valued customers, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include resolving cases, handling phone inquiries, generating reports, and collaborating effectively with other departments.
Responsibilities as a Service Desk Agent
As the first point of contact for our customer support, you will play a key role in providing high-quality service and troubleshooting assistance to our customers.
Additionally, you will:
- Serve as the first point of contact for all IT-related inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Assist with user account management, including password resets, access requests, and security protocols.
- Guide users through troubleshooting steps and provide clear, non-technical explanations.
- Collaborate with other teams to support system upgrades, maintenance, and deployments.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company systems, tools, and processes.
- Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and internal performance targets.
- Collaborate with other teams within the company, assist with keeping the knowledge base updated and continues improvement of our routines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a help desk, service desk, or similar role.
- Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, etc.) and remote support tools.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
