The Complaint Technician for HemoCue is responsible for performing repairs and maintaining contact with repair centres around the world.

This position is part of the Regulatory and Quality Affairs (RA/QA) department located in Ängelholm and will be on-site at HemoCue, our vision is to do things easier, to do things better, and to do them right.

You will be a part of the Quality System team and report to the Manager, CAPA & Complaints. If you want to work to build a world-class repair organization—read on.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Manage complaints and repairs according to HemoCue procedures and instructions.
  • Activities within Clearance to repair process including set-up, training, monitoring and termination of Repair centers.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • High School Education and/or experience of similar work tasks and experience
  • Some years experience of HemoCue products or other medical devices and/or similar tasks.
  • Your main communication language will be Swedish, but we expect that you also have good verbal and written communication skills in English.

It would be a plus if you

  • To be successful in the role we believe that you enjoy working in a smaller team and have a high service level while maintaining contacts with stakeholders around the world.
