Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact projects in automotive process improvement and product lifecycle management. This role will drive key projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring alignment with company standards and industry best practices in powertrain and vehicle systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project planning and execution, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery.
• Identify and implement process improvements across product development and production.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and quality teams for cohesive project execution.
• Manage stakeholders and provide regular project updates and risk assessments.
• Oversee budget and timeline management, aligning with cost and schedule goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years in project management within the automotive sector.
• PMP certification preferred; experience with Agile and process improvement methods.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards (ISO 26262, ASPICE).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
