Office and Team Coordinator to Axcel

For the beautiful office in central Stockholm at Strandvägen, we are seeking a friendly and service-minded colleague to work front of house. The position is full time 40h/w with starting date as soon as possible.
As their new Office and Team Coordinator, you will report to the Office Manager and become part of the small reception/support team, which is very much the heart of the office.
The tasks are varied and no two workdays are the same. Your focus will mainly be to support the investment team of about 15 investment professionals with their everyday agenda and to help make the office a welcoming place. You will help your colleagues with administrative tasks such as travel coordination, preparing documents and setting up conference rooms for meetings and events, among other things. The job is a good mix of routine and ad hoc tasks.
Your main job tasks will be:
• Calendar coordination and meeting scheduling
• Travel booking
• Expenses and invoice approval
• Planning of induction programme for new colleagues
• Administrative support in recruiting processes
• Setup and clearing of meeting rooms and preparing lunch
• Running errands and helping out in the office
• Event support

Qualifications
• 1-3 years´ experience working in a similar role e.g. Office Assistant, Executive Assistant or equivalent
• Fluency in both written and spoken Swedish and English
• Great administrative and coordinative skills with multitasking capabilities
• Great skills in Microsoft Office and preferably other systems
• It is meritourious to have a Bachelor´s degree
