Senior Business Analyst to exciting project at big bank in Stockholm!
Do you want to work with cross-functional teams within finance and technology? We are now looking for an experienced Business Analyst to strengthen the team in an ever-changing, exciting environment. Here, you’ll contribute to major initiatives within new architecture and regulatory compliance!
OM TJÄNSTEN
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a central role in translating business requirements into technical solutions for our client. The team operates within an agile SAFe setup and consists of 80-90 experts in finance, technology, and architecture. Your role will involve improving and developing reporting and data quality, managing the backlog, and addressing new business demands. This role includes close collaboration with product owners and other stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries. The primary focus will be transitioning systems from legacy architectures to modern solutions with higher standards and efficiency.
This is an assignment to cover a vacancy until april 2025, start immediately to be able to onboard.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Work tasks
In the role you will partake in daily Scrum meetings and you will have many different points of contact across the company like Business stakeholders, Product Owners, Lawyers and management.
* You will take ownership of the backlog and drive business requirements from stakeholders to technical solutions
* Participate in daily scrum meetings and PI planning with product owners and development teams
* Improve data quality and reporting through collaboration with product owners and technical resources
* Contribute to the migration from legacy systems to new architectures and standards
VI SÖKER DIG SOM
* Fluent in English in both writing and speaking.
* Has a Swedish citizenship or a valid long term work permit to start the position immediately, the position is in Stockholm so you need to be located here due to the policy to work at the office 3 days a week.
* Experience in accounting and financial statement reporting, including booking of transactions
* Solid background in data analysis, preferably with SQL
* Knowledge of agile methodologies, ideally within a SAFe or similar framework
It is meritorious if you have
- Understanding of regulatory reporting, especially within FATCA/CRS, along with other frameworks like IFRS 9, FINREP, GSIB
- Experience in data warehousing or BI modeling is highly advantageous
- Knowledge in Data visualization tools like Power BI/Tableau
- Knowledge of Python
Knowledge can be gained through education, experience or self-taught.
