About the Program
We are seeking talented graduates to join our teams across several sites in Sweden and Finland. The program spans approximately 12 months, divided into three segments of four months each. You will experience both local internships at various locations and structured theoretical and practical training in our core business areas. Through the program, you will gain a deep understanding of our operations and develop a broad network of colleagues, both nationally and internationally.
You will be supported by a dedicated mentor and tutor, and you will participate in a personalized development plan tailored to foster your growth and success.

About the Positions
All trainees will secure a defined role and permanent employment from day one. Upon completing the program, you will continue to build your career at Boliden within the position you initially selected. - Automation Development Engineer to Smelters, Kokkola, Finland
- Geotechnical Engineer- GSTIM to Smelters, Kokkola, Finland

Education and Qualifications

To qualify for the program, you must hold a relevant university degree (minimum Bachelor's), obtained in 2023 or later and studies are finished before the program starts. Fluency in English and a valid driver’s license are essential. Additionally, you should be available to start in early September 2025.
