Business Controller
We are seeking a Business Controller on behalf of our customer, a global leader in power conversion solutions. In this role, you will engage in advanced reporting and analytical tasks, providing essential support for data-driven decisions. Responsibilities Include:
- Financial Analysis and Process Control: Oversee financial reporting and conduct variance analysis across logistics, development, and production functions to optimize processes and support the company’s strategic goals.
- Contract Oversight and Customer Profitability: Monitor customer contracts to ensure alignment with long-term business objectives and maintain profitability.
- Reporting and Process Automation: Perform in-depth financial analysis with a focus on streamlining and automating processes in Excel and other reporting tools.
- Strategic and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Key Account Managers, providing forecasting, reporting, and strategic support to drive operational efficiency.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify improvement opportunities in reporting, invoicing, and other financial processes to contribute to organizational stability and growth.
As a Business Controller, you will work closely with a team of six sales administrators.You will be based at our customer’s office in southern Stockholm, with the flexibility to work remotely two days per week. Your work will include managing invoicing, forecasts, and reporting alongside our KAMs, as well as contributing to our future internal competency development.
Your Profile:
- Strong analytical and strategic abilities with the capacity to understand both the big picture and detailed processes.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Industry experience in an international setting, ideally with familiarity in ERP and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, with the ability to build trust with colleagues and clients.
- Flexible, structured, and solution-oriented.
Terms of Employment
This is a consulting assignment with immediate start and potential for transition to a permanent role. You will be employed by A-Talent Tech and work on assignment at our client, a global leader in power electronics. The position is full-time, with a six-month probationary period, and offers the benefits you would expect with collective agreements, including pension options, wellness benefits, insurance, and gym discounts.
