(Senior) Bid Management Specialist

We are now looking for a motivated and experienced (Senior) Bid Management Specialist
To join our team in Nässjö or work from your home office. You will be responsible for managing tenders and project inquiries, ensuring that all bids are competitive, compliant, and aligned with our strategic objectives. Responsibilities
- Tender Management: Lead the preparation and submission of high-quality bids for tenders, ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines.
- Project Inquiries: Manage project inquiries from initial contact through to contract award, coordinating with internal teams to collect necessary information and create persuasive proposals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the bid process.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with bids and proposals, ensuring that all potential issues are addressed proactively.
- Documentation: Ensure all bid documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time, maintaining a high standard of quality and professionalism.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the bid management process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Bid Management, preferably within the energy or telecommunications sectors.
- Strong understanding of public tender processes and regulations.
- Excellent tender management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English.
