Media Manager to global appliance company!
Do you have 3–5 years of proven experience managing Search, Social, and/or Programmatic campaigns? On the behalf of our client we are now lookin for a Media Manager!
OM TJÄNSTEN
As a Media Manager, you will join a dynamic and multicultural team of digital marketing experts and play a key role in activating and optimizing digital media campaigns (Search, Social, Programmatic).
You will work closely with local teams across 26 European and Asian markets and take
responsibility for managing a multi-million-euro media budget while collaborating with
numerous internal and external stakeholders.
The position is a consultant assignment through Academic Work that will be ongoing for 6 months with the possibility for extension.
ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Work tasks
* Collaborate with the D2C Media team to develop and deploy automated campaigns across search engines (Google Shopping & keywords), social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), and programmatic advertising to maximize performance and ROI
* Work closely with a global media agency, local market managers, D2C Online Sales Managers, and teams including Content, SEO, Data & Analytics, Controlling, and Legal
* Align campaigns with the business objectives of local D2C leaders
* Partner with strategic external stakeholders, such as Google, to optimize campaign performance
* Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify improvement opportunities
* Conduct A/B testing to optimize creatives, audiences, and placements
* Prepare and share clear and impactful reports with stakeholders to guide decision- making
* Work effectively with diverse teams within a matrix organization
* Maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners through your interpersonal and business skills
* Share best practices, insights, and benchmarks with local teams.
* Identify and experiment with new platforms, ad formats, and tools to maintain a competitive edge.
* Contribute to global strategic initiatives to align local and regional efforts
VI SÖKER DIG SOM
- 3–5 years of proven experience managing Search, Social, and/or Programmatic campaigns, ideally in an international context.
- A good understanding of other digital channels (organic traffic, marketplaces, affiliate marketing, email marketing, CRM).
- Proficiency with advertising tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and/or DSPs (e.g., DV360).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Power BI, and Looker Studio.
- Solid knowledge of media performance metrics and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in another European language (e.g., Polish, German, Italian, Spanish) is a significant advantage.
