Role overview
We are seeking a talented and driven Product Manager to lead the strategic development and implementation of our Assisted Living offering. You will work closely with our markets, cross-functional teams, other key stakeholders and in collaboration with external partners to ensure that we deliver a commercially strong solution meeting our markets’ demands along with customer expectations. Your role will involve managing the Assisted Living offering through all phases of the lifecycle, with incremental value adding releases to our markets. Internally you are an ambassador for the offering communicating progress and updates to key stakeholders and executives.
You will work side by side with some of the pioneers in the field of technology-enabled care, an area that is evolving fast and is an exciting journey to be part of. At Careium, we take work-life balance seriously and therefore we apply hybrid working enabling our colleagues to flex between remote and on site.
Key Responsibilities
• Development, governance, and execution of strategic plan and roadmap, in alignment with company goals and key stakeholders
• Handle partnerships in cooperation with other functions at Careium and drive collaboration with partners to understand technical solutions and requirements needed to ensure success
• Conduct research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer pain points
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies
• Follow up and act on in-life success, how does the offering stand in the market
• Be an active member in the Product Management team and an integral part Careium´s business area Assisted Living
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a tech or software-focused company
• Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle—from early planning to launch
• Excellent organization and business management skills such as; communication, presentation, stakeholder alignment, building relationships, working with partners
• Strong experience in business planning, strategic thinking, understanding market and customer needs, customer insights, technical product development and translating planning into clear product propositions
• Experience in working cross-functional in larger organizations
• Desired Educational Profile: A minimum a Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Marketing, Technology, Business, Management, or a related field.
