About the role
In the role of Operational Systems Specialist, you are the technical specialist for all IT systems used by the customer facing departments, including internal support, system adjustments to suit the departments’ needs and integrations between systems. You work close to the tech, sales, customer success and advisory teams. Reporting to our Operational Excellence Director and working closely with our Operational Systems Owner, you will be part of an Operational Excellence team of nine, full of knowledge, ambition and fun. There will also be great development opportunities when you join the company at an early stage.
As an Operational Systems Specialist, you will mainly:
- Setup configuration of the following systems:
HubSpot
Moment/Milient
StartDeliver
FreshDesk
SharePoint
Create and develop processes to support the system usage
Ensure that processes are followed throughout the whole organization by creating manuals, holding presentations and following up on actions
Act as internal support for the customer facing teams’ when using the systems mentioned above
Work closely in projects with other team members to ensure operational excellence within the customer facing teams and the whole organization
Be prepared to work with all tasks in an entrepreneurial and strongly growing company
Are you the one we’re looking for?
To succeed in this role, we believe that you are used to being responsible for and driving your own projects and processes. You are meticulous and have a deeper technical understanding as well as a great interest in working with digital products. You're fluent in English, both written and spoken. You have an academic background in preferably technology and we would like you to have knowledge in one or more of these areas:

Technical Support Management
Technical problem solving
System integrations
Process development
JavaScript Programming (Custom code in HubSpot workflows)
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JSON
Project Management

Location
We believe that you are based in Malmo or Stockholmand can be in the office at least three days a week, with the possibility to work remotely when it is more suitable for you and your work schedule.What’s next?
