Your mission
As Group Internal Communication Manager, you will implement and maintain our internal communication strategy that aligns with Epiroc’s overarching goals, connecting employees across divisions and regions. You will work to ensure that all internal communication channels are utilized in a way that is effective and efficient for the intended audience and encourage employees to actively participate in the communication process, through feedback mechanisms.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead the creation and management of communication channels and content, ensuring messages are timely, relevant, and engaging for our employees on all levels in the organization.
* Partner with internal stakeholders, such as senior management and department heads, to craft and implement tailored communication plans that align with Epiroc’s business goals.
* Guide and educate on communication practices and drive engagement through accessible channels, structured feedback, and joint initiatives.
* Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness, and adapt strategies and channels based on feedback to continually improve reach and engagement.
Your profile
You are a well-organized, digitally savvy communicator with a strategic outlook, and a true team player. With your experience from internal communication within large, decentralized organizations, you excel in balancing strategic, tactical, and operational tasks to deliver impactful results for Epiroc’s internal communication initiatives.
Key qualifications:
* Demonstrated experience in internal communications, with the ability to develop and deliver engaging communication strategies globally.
* Fluent in Swedish and English, with excellent writing skills and the ability to adapt sometimes complex content to suit different target audiences.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across various departments and influence stakeholders with a data-driven and fact-based approach.
* Digital-first mindset to increase, reach, engagement and dialogue.
* Proven project management skills, with a methodical approach to handling multiple initiatives, and comfortable with agile work practices.
* Degree in communications, marketing, or a related field. Additional training or certifications in internal communications is meriting.
Location and travel
This position will be located in Stockholm or Örebro, Sweden. Occasional travel is required.
