Measuring Impact and Success:

– Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of community engagement and training effectiveness.

– Regularly evaluate progress, provide insights, and recommend improvements to optimize community initiatives and training programs.

Qualifications:

– A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.

– Data-driven, with the ability to analyze both quantitative and qualitative metrics to draw meaningful insights.

– Highly organized with strong project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Bonus Points:

– A background in data analytics or AI, with proficiency in tools such as Python, R, SQL, and Google Cloud Platform.

If you’re eager to make an impact by fostering a data-centric culture and helping others harness the power of data to drive innovation, we’d love to hear from you!
