Service desk support
The role is to support internal customer and our Client in Southern Sweden. It is a mix of tickets like from mail or phone or internal advanced tickets. This is in retail business. You work in shift from 06:00 to 19:00 on a schedule monday to friday. Necessary skill is in IT and with some launguage skill, preferably English and some other language. For example French, German or Italian.
