Your opportunity:
Join our dynamic Near Mine Exploration team as a Geologist in the Boliden area. This is a chance to contribute to sustainable mining practices while exploring around our three active mines. Your work will play a vital role in enhancing our Life of Mine Plan.
Who you will work with:

What you will do:
As a Geologist, you will be responsible for drill core logging, interpretation, planning, and executing drill programs both in the field and underground. Your work tasks will include:
• Communicating and cooperating with the Mine Department regarding drilling, drifting, and priorities
• Summarizing and reporting relevant technical and geological information
• Following up on results
In addition, you will engage in geochemical sampling, compile and report findings, and work independently as well as in teams. Your contributions will directly impact our exploration efforts and operational success.
What you bring (competence):
• A University degree in a Geoscientific field
• Experience in mining and/or exploration is a plus
• Proficiency in spoken and written English; Swedish is an advantage
• Strong computer and communication skills
• A self-managing, service-oriented, and creative mindset
• A collaborative spirit with a focus on finding improvement opportunities
• A valid driver’s license
