Your opportunity:
Join Boliden Mines as a Geologist in our Near Mine Exploration department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a six-month fixed-term position based in the Boliden area, where you can make a real impact in the mining industry.
Who you will work with:
You will collaborate with a diverse team of professionals who are passionate about geology and exploration. Our supportive environment encourages teamwork and innovation, and workplace safety is one of our highest priorities.
What you will do:
In this role, you will engage in core logging, geochemical sampling, and data interpretation. You will compile information and prepare reports, working both independently and as part of a team. Your contributions will be essential in driving our exploration efforts forward.
What you bring (competence):
• A University degree in a Geoscientific field
• Experience in mining and/or exploration is a plus
• Proficiency in spoken and written English or Swedish
• Strong computer and communication skills
• A self-managing, service-oriented, and creative mindset
• A valid driver’s license
