Car Service Business is a unit within Volvo Cars that works with creating a user-friendly owner experience around current and future cars in Volvo’s portfolio.
The environment we operate in is undergoing a great transformation, not only from a vehicle technology perspective, but also how our customers set expectations on the complete experience around mobility. Being part of this journey of transformation, and at the heart of the user experience, will be super exciting and rewarding!
We are now strengthening the team with two Digital Leads in Gothenburg/Sweden. These are full-time positions where we operate from our offices in Torslanda (on-site).
What you’ll do
• Drive technical development of User Information functionality in the car and other distribution channels.
• Create requirements and prioritizations for digital content implementation and make sure all stakeholders are aligned.
• Define and optimize processes and interfaces for digital content deliveries.
• Evaluate and test functionality of the user manual apps and services in collaboration with multiple stakeholders end-to-end.
• Ensure that content deliveries are complete and published to different channels/products at the right time.
• Align and define strategic goals and requirements for future car projects using CarWeaver system.
You and your skills
You have a Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar.
You have a minimum of 10 years of proven experience as an IT project manager or similar.
You have Technical and development experience, including extensive understanding of software development processes and digital platform architectures.
You are proficient in writing scripts to automate processes and deliveries and have strong understanding of data analytics.
On a Personal level
You have experience from working with different stakeholder, interdisciplinary and international teams.
You are an engaged person that feel comfortable to work in a large organization and delivers results even under tough circumstances.
Being fluent in English, both spoken and written is important.
