Equipment Engineer

As an Equipment Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and implementing equipment solutions for product projects, running changes, capacity initiatives, and non-product projects in line with project objectives. You will collaborate closely with other engineering teams, plant engineering, production, and external suppliers to ensure our power systems consistently exceed customer expectations.

Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience deemed comparable.
- Over 5 years of proven experience in project management and/or leading production teams.
- Experience in developing and implementing optimal processes and product flows.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
As an Equipment Engineer you will:
- Develop and implement optimal processes and product flows.
- Deliver and develop complete Request for Quotation (RFQ) documentation (Technical Specification).
- Lead technical evaluation and align sourcing process together with IDP (Indirect Procurement) for selection of suppliers.
- Follow up of project objectives throughout industrialization until FSR (Final Status Report) and report deviations to IPM or concerned.
