Job Title: Electrical Assembly Engineer

The successful candidate will have experience working with battery module PACK automated assembly lines and will be responsible for electrical assembly, debugging, and troubleshooting of non-standard automated systems. This role requires a strong understanding of electronic technology, PLC control principles, and a thorough knowledge of electrical wiring and schematics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Automated Assembly Line Expertise: Familiar with software, hardware, and assembly standards for battery module PACK automated assembly lines of OEMs.
• Electrical Schematics PLC Knowledge: Proficient in reading electrical schematics and understanding PLC control principles.
• Automation Electrical Control: Experience with electrical control systems, automation assembly, and wiring of automation equipment. Able to identify and troubleshoot electrical issues based on drawings.
• Process Support Quality Management: Provide process technical support on the production site, supervise process discipline, and ensure quality control during assembly. Review and improve process equipment design and application.
• Troubleshooting: Lead the troubleshooting and joint debugging of equipment, conducting preliminary inspections and analyses of components with quality issues, and proposing improvements to resolve discovered problems.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to electrical safety standards and continuously improve safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 3 years of experience in electrical assembly and debugging, particularly in automated systems related to lithium battery modules.
• Strong knowledge of electrical schematics and PLC control systems.
• Expertise in automation, electrical wiring, and system diagnostics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of English. Knowledge of Mandarin or Swedish is a plus.
