About the Position:

We are seeking a Fashion Designer to join our team in creating seasonal mood boards and designing new product lines. The position involves extensive research, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to meeting high-quality standards. The role requires working closely with various teams to ensure designs align with our brand’s strategy and target market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed seasonal mood boards reflecting current trends and brand identity.

• Design new product lines, from initial concepts to production-ready specifications.

• Source and recommend materials that meet quality and cost requirements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to revise and finalize designs.

Requirements:

• A master’s degree in fashion, design, or a closely related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in the fashion industry, focusing on product line development.

• Proven ability to work independently under tight deadlines.

• Fluency in Chinese (spoken and written) is mandatory to collaborate with suppliers and production teams.

• Proficiency in English for internal and external communication.
