PGHV North Europe IT Service Delivery Manager

The opportunity

Join our High Voltage Products team in Ludvika, part of Hitachi Energy, where we specialize in innovative and reliable solutions for power transmission and distribution, supporting efficient and sustainable energy systems worldwide.

As the Regional IT Service Delivery Manager (SDM) for North Europe, you'll provide IT solutions and services, collaborating with regional and site business unit leads, application owners, and IT stakeholders. Your responsibilities include ensuring the delivery of IT infrastructure and applications, managing ticketing and escalations, and leading a team of IT professionals, including three IT/OT specialists.

You'll be the key point of contact for IT service performance, gathering business needs for new and improved IT services, and ensuring overall satisfaction. Additionally, you'll manage vendor relationships and ensure service delivery processes meet organizational objectives.

How you’ll impact

• Develop and execute IT delivery capabilities within the region.
• Interface with business units, consulting on IT-related topics.
• Lead a multi-country team of IT specialists, providing efficient IT solutions.
• Manage hosted IT resources and support global IT projects.
• Implement the global standard IT operating model and oversee service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, licenses, and IT controls.

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 5+ years of IT experience, management experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Swedish.
• Experience in project management of complex global projects.
• Proficient in process management, business process improvement, and value stream mapping.
• Familiarity with manufacturing operations, processes, and change management is an advantage.
