Real Estate Credit Research Analyst

Do you have a passion for Research and Real Estate?

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Cover the Real Estate sector within Swedbank’s Credit Research Team
• Prepare research material (reports, presentations, etc.) related to new bond issues, and/or motivate trades in the secondary market
• Discuss the sector, specific companies or ideas with both issuers and investors across our global network
• Present research or sector/company relevant news both internally & externally to clients
• Collaborate with competent colleagues across group research and other parts of Swedbank in a stimulating environment

What isneeded in this role:

• Strong interest in Real Estate and debt capital markets in general
• BSc/MSc degree in finance, economics, accounting, business administration or another quantitative path
• 4+ years of experience in the Real Estate segment from financial research / capital markets, investment banking or investments
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English
• Be a team player with high integrity and strong social competence who can handle a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
