Skills and Responsibilities

• Focus on integration platform and leverage extensive expertise in customer-centric solutions, digital transformation, and platform-based innovations to deliver impactful outcomes.
• Operate effectively at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience, bringing over atleast 10 years of experience to lead cross-functional teams and align stakeholders on priorities.
• Leverage Agile methodologies, user journeys, and design thinking to deeply understand end-user, customer, and business needs, ensuring the digital product delivers continuous value.
• · Own the optimization of digital products to achieve strategic business goals, while maximizing return on investment through effective backlog management, cross-team collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.
• Align with business strategies to define and evolve the digital product’s vision, strategy, goals, roadmap, and budget, ensuring seamless execution across the digital initiative’s lifecycle.
• Maintain a comprehensive view of digital products within the assigned area, ensuring business processes and workflows are adequately supported by scalable and innovative solutions.
• Lead the planning cycle for digital products, including resource allocation, roadmap definition, and budget forecasting, to achieve high-impact results. Should have led big room planning in the past.
• Ensure digital products meet all legal, compliance, and security requirements, and oversee release and roll-out plans, including change management, stakeholder communication, and training strategies.
• · Bring significant expertise in business domain knowledge and adjacent systems/applications, with a strong understanding of business logic and context to drive integration and alignment.
• Serve as a knowledge expert in core and adjacent areas, actively coaching, mentoring, and upskilling team members to foster growth and achieve organizational excellence.
• Accountable for the outcomes and continued performance of multiple teams, leveraging leadership skills to manage complex product portfolios and drive continuous improvement.
• Bring extensive experience in strategy development and roadmap creation across diverse business domains, with demonstrated success in leading initiatives centered on Integration and API management.
• Proficient in tools such as Jira, Figma, and other collaboration platforms to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and ensure effective communication across teams.
