Devops Engineer (Azure)

Now, we’re scaling up to meet exciting new challenges in Azure-based development and operations.

Role Overview: We are building a new Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) capability scheduled for deployment in 2025. To achieve this, we are expanding our talented team with a skilled Azure-based DevOps Engineer. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines, leading DevOps efforts, and ensuring smooth operations for container-based applications within an Azure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize automated CI/CD pipelines following DevOps principles.
• Act as a DevOps Tech Lead, guiding the team in implementing best practices.
• Manage and maintain container-based applications, with expertise in Kubernetes.
• Support Azure services and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) operations.
• Develop solutions in Java and provide technical leadership in integrating them into Azure infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in:
• Developing automated CI/CD pipelines aligned with DevOps principles.
• Acting as a DevOps Tech Lead or equivalent leadership role.
• Managing container-based applications.
• Developing solutions in Java.
• Azure Expertise: At least 3-4 years of experience in:
• Managing Azure services.
• AZ-204 is a requirement
• Operating Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Language Skills:
• Proficiency in Swedish or Norwegian is a big plus.
• English manadatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience in:
• Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g., Bicep, Terraform).
• Azure Functions.
• Azure Pipelines.
• Development or operational projects within public sector agencies.
• Bonus: Knowledge of Managed Identity/Workload Identity and development competencies.
