Junior Sales Representative

We are now looking for a Junior Sales Representative to join our global sales team in Stockholm. As Daniel Wellington is growing and expanding its offline (physical sales) presence, we offer you a fast-paced and international working environment where everything is possible. In this role, you’ll focus on generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals to support our goals. With opportunities for growth and collaboration, this role is ideal for someone looking to kickstart or elevate their sales career.
THE TASKS YOU WILL OWN
- Identify and research new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through different channels
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads with corporate gifting, independent retailers, agents, and jewellery accounts.
- Collaborate with the senior sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets
- Understand client needs and provide customized gifting solutions
- Drive conversions and meet monthly/quarterly sales goals
- Manage relationships from initial contact to post-sale, ensuring client satisfaction
- Address client inquiries promptly and efficiently and foster long-term partnerships through exceptional service
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
WHO YOU ARE
- Driven with strong relationship-building skills
- Fluent English skills, both verbal and written
- Prior experience in sales, particularly in B2B or corporate sectors, is a plus but not mandatory
- Motivated to work against sales targets and with a commission-based salary
- EU-Citizen*
*Since this role is commission-based with a lower base salary, the minimum amount earned does not match Swedish work permit requirements. We therefore believe you are an EU citizen/under circumstances that do not require a work permit.
