Job Summary

The Commercial leader position is a part of the Centre of Expertise and Commercial team for Dairy Ambient, within Tetra Pak Processing Solutions. Our role is to profitably grow the global dairy ambient sub-category sales by maximizing the value proposition, competitiveness and capability build-up on processing units, lines and plants.

We are now looking for a Commercial Leader Dairy Ambient who will lead the team to drive effective opportunity management, take part in customer understand phase and create competitive solutions.

The position permanent and preferably based in Lund, Sweden. Other locations with Liquid Food Solution offices can be discussed. You will travel up to 15% of your time.

What you will do

As Commercial Leader Dairy Ambient, you will take on the global responsibility for our sales support team. It is an exciting, fun and challenging position in a highly qualified team. You will work in an international environment in close contact with Market Operation and Project Centers.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage a global team of sales support managers based in Mexico, China, India, Thailand and Sweden
• Lead the team to drive effective opportunity management, take part in customer understand phase and create competitive solutions
• Ensure accurate sales forecasting, margins and reporting for the sub-category
• Ensure seamless collaboration between global Liquid Food Solutions Project & Engineering and Business Stream in quotation and order execution
• Support capability build-up of Business Stream products in Market Operations and Project Centers
• Drive process and tools related to the sales process

We believe you have

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience from Liquid food Processing solutions or similar
• Strong formal or informal leadership experience
• A university degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical) or equivalent
• High proficiency in English, written as well as spoken
• Knowledge of the Liquid Food Solutions Branded Processing products, through experience from sales, product management or engineering is seen as an advantage
