Your Role:

As a Software Engineer specializing in Performance Testing, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our existing solutions while contributing to the innovation of new ones. You will be expected to:



Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and execute large-scale performance testing.

Analyze performance metrics and monitor results to ensure quality.

Conduct root cause analysis of test failures, performance bottlenecks, and scalability issues.

Install and prepare target environments for performance testing.

Collaborate with Development, Site Engineers, DevOps, and other teams to address performance issues and provide effective solutions.

Deliver detailed reports on response times, throughput, network utilization, and other critical performance metrics.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Fluency in English.

Advanced Linux knowledge.

Programming experience (e.g., Python, C, shell scripts).

Expertise in performance requirements analysis, test design, effort estimation, and testing.

Skilled in developing LoadRunner scripts.

Experience with infrastructure components such as virtual machines, databases, and firewalls.

Proven ability to execute tests, analyze results, and create detailed performance reports.

Excellent collaboration skills to work across teams effectively.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

A degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.

Experience delivering SaaS solutions and cloud services.

Familiarity with the DevOps lifecycle.

Database administration experience.

VMware administration expertise.

Proficiency in monitoring and profiling tools.
