The Continuous Improvement Business Analyst is responsible to provide insights to the overall performance of the function, support implementation of various workstreams evolving the framework and help grow employees' skills in CI by self-sufficient driving cross-functional workshops.

Key Operational Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities for Business Analyst are:

• Provide insights on function's performance and analyze gaps
• Coordination support to various initiatives within Central CI Team
• Independently run 1-star workshops and A3-thinking workshops with cross-functional teams
• Support CI Manager in developing new topics, evolving the framework of CI

Candidate Requirements

You are independent, confident, have a lot of personal drive as well as ability to work with people at all levels of the organization with strong social skills. Overall, a clear high-potential candidate with a genuine interest in having a career in Electrolux.

We expect the right candidate to have

• Master's degree in engineering / business / economics
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably from consulting company, after university graduation
• Strong project management skills
• Ability and willingness to lead presentations / workshops
